just looking around for some patterns for making little girls a capelet or poncho... I love making up or "tweeking" patterns to be my own........ just have to say....girl you really have talent..... work stitches are nice and your work look very professional.... I am a bit of a snob about how things turn out... with me it's all in the details... I will check back with this site again and maybe try to share some of my things... but just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your work.... B. girl living the "high life" in a retirement community.. hehehe

I was looking for a pattern for 3 babies. This pattern is beautiful and I can hardly wait to get started. I think I may try some pima cotton for the summery look. Thanks so much for sharing your patterns! I am also making 3 ponchos for 2 - 4 year olds and a 10 year old. I can hardly wait to get started.

Happy Crocheting!

Kathy

Learned to crochet when 9 years old; now 70. Have haunted the stores and searched my archives (old, very old, and new) for pattern exactly like the Baby Bows & Arrows Poncho. My search was futile until I stumbled upon your website. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! Hope you will keep up the good work. PS: This poncho will be for my 6th great-grandchild.

Hi Linda, I'm glad you like my patterns. I had (have) the same problem with the baby coordinates, and unfortunately, I don't have any tips for using it. You can substitute a 3 ply sport weight yarn, like Bernat Softee Baby, and it should work just fine.

This is so cute! I'm trying to make it now, but I'm having trouble crocheting with the Bernat Coordinates yarn -- it's so textured, I can't see what I'm doing! Any suggestions?

Thanks for all the great patterns. I'm running out of printer paper just printing them!
