Hi Cheryl, you're welcome. I'm glad it worked up easy for you. It's my pleasure to share my patterns with you, and hearing how you're putting them to use is the best payment for me.
Hugs to you and your friend.

Hi Dot...thanks! I loved that the hat was so easy to make. I don't know if it fits her yet (I'm pretty sure it will) and if she likes it, I will make her one in brown, too. She wanted to pay me for it, but I refused. I did get some great homemade lentil soup for it though! Again, your patterns are great and its wonderful that you share them with us all. Thanks again! Hi Cheryl, ignore the message I left you in the tag board, I hadn't seen your message here when I wrote that one. I'm so sorry to hear about your neighbor. I'm glad you are using my pattern to help her out.
Your hat turned out so good. This pattern has always been one of my favorites for chemo caps. It's so wonderful of you to donate to the cancer center. |

I made this as a chemo cap for my loving neighbor. She is a 20-year breast cancer survivor and was diagnosed with a tumor in her lung 2 months ago. She called me last night to ask me to make a cap for her since she can't wear her wig to radiation therapy. I came straight to the "source" for cap patterns and here is what I made...Thanks for such great patterns, Dot. I think I may make some to donate to a local cancer center while I'm at it...feels good to know I'm helping someone!
